Maypole is a charming English fizz, created by Henners in Herstmonceux in East Sussex, and conjures up the essence of an English summer
It is layered, gently mature yet still fresh, with lots of crisp apple and pear fruit characters on the palate with a fine, persistent mousse.
There’s a long finish which shows biscuity character and balanced acidity.
