The nose has expressive notes of citrus and exotic fruit, while rich fruit on the palate is complemented by a suggestion of mint. Grown on a cool clay-limestone soil, the grapes are hand-picked early in the morning and delicately pressed after a short period of skin maceration. 80% muscat – petits grains, 20% muscat d’Alexandrie.
