Sauvignon de Touraine ‘la Noblette’
Gooseberry and blackcurrant leaf are the most obvious notes here, set against a refreshing citrus bite. Touraine is a patchwork of sandy, gravel and flinty clay soils, and may in fact be where the sauvignon blanc variety originated.
