“Signor P” Primitivo di Manduria, Dolce Naturale

Bright intense red with purple highlights, the complex bouquet has notes of dates, dried fig, cherry jam and subtle spice.

Sweet with wonderful freshness and supple tannins, with hints of candied fruit, honey and chocolate, the long finish has a touch of liquorice.

Of Puglia’s four DOCGs, Primitivo di Manduria Dolce Naturale is the only denomination that solely produces naturally sweet red wine, it is only produced in the best vintages, with just a few bottles of this special wine being produced from the 2020 vintage.

Excellent with mature cheese and traditionally served with almond pastries.
